It really is hit or miss with these re-manufactured products. Most of the time I have been pleasantly surprised but if you get one that just doesn't work hope you have a good company to back the product up. This is when company ratings are extra important! Still have saved hundreds hands down! Update(10/18/2012) I have purchased over 20 cartridges over the last 2 1/2 years and had a bad one and another maybe not filled to capacity. The bad one was replaced immediately at no extra cost and I didn't argue the second. I am still saving a lot of money from the high priced originals. The trick is to order backup or always have some on hand; your inconvenience is then minimized. Hope this helps you decide.

These work just as good as the name brand ones, I have bought several of these Remanufactured ink cartridges, I've had no problems so far! 5 stars all the way!

I bought this because the website indicated that it was compatible with my printer. When it arrived, it was obvious that it wasn't going to fit. I couldn't get a replacement, but Amazon very quickly refunded my money. I honestly can't comment on the ink quality since I wasn't able to use them.

Pros: Fast delivery, great customer service

Cons: Wrong item even though website said it was compatible with HP 2180.

The experience of the first time purchase was very good. The products was working well. After that, the color inks did not work. The second time I bought color inks, my printer seemed to have a error. I thought my printer was broken, and had it repaired, but finally found nothing wrong with the computer. The third time I bought color ink of this brand, the error did not show up on the printer, but only after a few days there were no color ink came out. Black ink are all good, and I am still using them.
