I was leary of buying "generic" ink cartridges but after considering the high price for brand and reading reviews on this product, I decided it was worth a try. So glad that I took the chance!!! I have ordered these may times and have had a problem with only 2 cartridges. With the money I am saving, I don't mind having a couple of duds. Overall, I am still saving a ton!!! p.s. I must note that I have not contacted the company to replace the bad cartridges. I have my fingers crossed for a good customer service experience. Will submit follow-up with my results.

I was skeptical about buying an "off brand" ink, but the cost of Canon ink is just ridiculous. I tried this brand based on the Amazon ratings. I just received my third set and I will definitely continue buying it. One of the best features is that this brand also has the sensor chip that allows the "low ink" feature of my printer to work.

This mfr/seller is teh one I chose initialy as replacement for oem carts for my Canon all in one. Thye work-to me, as well as the oem carts, at a better price.

I have tried other companies and have found Sophia Global to be superior. Inks from other suppliers have failed all too often with chips that do not function. It is frustrating to have to discard a full ink container, because it will not communicate with the printer. The ink from Sophia Global has kept my printer working.
