Bought 2 and neither fit... very disappointed!!! Thankfully they offer a full refund but now I'm stuck waiting for a real one and they are so bloody expensive.

These ink cartridges do not fit properly in the Pitney Bowes Postage Machines. There is a computer chip on the cartridge that needs to line up with some pins on your postage machine. These cartridges will bend the pins and render your postage machine inoperable to even Pitney Bowes ink. I know PB ink is horribly expensive but these cartridges have wasted SO much of my time.

Got this back on March (roughly 3 months into it) and still working great. No leaks, no smears...just works. Packacking and item does differ from that of picture shown but all is well. Posting a pic of the box that came.

This ink was very cheap! For a good reason, the color is barely light pink almost illegible. The machine stops printing after a few days of not being used, the ink stops flowing, I would not use this ink again if I got it for free!!!
