Ordered a Color ink cartridge for my HP officejet. Shipping was quick , but when I nstalled it, the color balance was off a bit. Amazon wanted me to review this company earlier, and I wouldn't. I would rather not give a review, than give a negative one. I contacted the cartridge company to this degree, stating the above. They didn't hesitate to send me a replacement, which met my requirements. They "Stepped up" to fixing the issue. I will order from them again! Many thanks !!

I tried ordering a few cartridges. 1/2 of them didn't work (printer said they were no good). There's a 90-day refund period, but like many people it takes me months to go through several ink cartridge and I was outside the return/refund period by the time I put in bad cartridge. And it's really not worth my time to pack up and ship back a few cartridges anyway. My suggestion, if you decided to buy from these folks, is to double your order and figure you'll be recycling or throwing out 1/2 of them. At the price it's still not a bad deal.

I was sent one of these ink cartridges and upon printing a multi color page I realized it didn't print one color (yellow if I remember correctly) I contacted the company and they were VERY helpful and immediately sent another ink cartridge to me. It too, failed to print the full spectrum, or anything close to it. Great customer service, awful product.

The HP printer keeps saying "Incompatible Cartridge" or "Print Cartridge missing or not detected". Tried different combinations with other black & white cartridges. Nothing worked.

This is a true case of you get what you pay for. The price was right and now I know why. The ink only shows a funky blue, pale yellow and maroon. It is as if I haven't replaced my empty cartridge. In addition to that it bleeds maroon around all the type. I will stick to new HP ink cartridges from now on.
