they don't work the printer wouldn't except the yellow and magenta cartridges. i tried twenty times installing them and printer still no cartridge and wouln't print. had to buy new cartridges and printer worked as soon as i put in different cartridges. these cartridges are a waste of money.

Very easy to refill as well as reset the cartridge. You don't need anything but your ink, which normally has a narrow tip at the end of the bottle, turn that upside down while in the hole at the top of the cartridge after you remove the little rubber piece. The hole at the bottom on top stays uncovered so the air bubbles won't set inside the ink as you refill. These cartridges are clear plastic, so you can see how far you're filling it. When you're done, take a piece of metal or a quarter out of your pocket, press it up against the 2 dots that's side by side in front of the ink cartridge. That's how you reset these cartridges, once done with that, then you put it back into your printer.I'm almost tempted to say you'll save money for the rest of your life, but only because I had to buy a 2nd set of these cartridges before they changed the little rubber piece where you refill. The image you see now has a better refill top so the rubber piece won't tear over time from you plugging & unplugging to refill. However, you are saving money for the rest of your days because the only thing you have to be concerned about is buying ink.. Depending on how much & what you're printing, you can go almost a year without buying a new batch of ink. I suggest you pamper yourself, your printer & your pockets with these cartridges.
