These are rebuilt units. The ink is poor quality. I won't buy them again. I only gave them 2 stars because they did work when installed

I only got one out of two ink cartridges. The color ink cartridge works fine but the black one is missing. I contacted the seller and we are on the same page and everything is resolved.

It is cheaper to buy the twin pack. If you are like I am, you always run out of both colors of ink about the same time. It is a better buy.

purchased this product and installed it in my printer and i go to use it to do an alignment page and already it says my color ink is low and needs to be replaced, do not buy because color catridge is obviously not filled
