not getting the production that i wanted. price is right. i received the cartridge and they where a bit messy, ink still on the outside of cartridge

The printer could not recognize the cartridge. I contacted the company but got no response. I should have spent the extra bucks and bought the real deal from dell.

The item works just fine, however only after i cleaned the contacts with alcohol. The first time I installed the cartridge it was not ouputting all the colors so I removed it. The contacts were dirty, so I cleaned them off, reinstalled the cartridge and done deal. I suppose it would be nice if the contacts were clean to begin with.

I ordered this b/c my ink ran out and dell cost so much more. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is b/c i had a little difficulty placing it in the printer, but it really works, i was skeptical!
