First week of use and I love this thing. Can't believe I've waited so long to order a CISS. Smooth install into my printer and no conflicts of any kind.

After running initial head cleaning and nozzle check maintenance, I immediately began printing without so much as a hiccup. The ciss works flawlessly. In the short-term this has been a perfect purchase. Hopefully this will remain the case long-term too.

Really wish I had gone this route with each of my inkjets over the past 20+ years of computing. Would have saved thousands on ink. Big mistake learned the hard way :/

Anyhow my only complaints are the instructions. There are none. At least not shipped with the product.

You have to go to the website and find your manufacturer and then search for and watch a related video to find out if you need the syringes or not, find out if you need to remove the black rubber stoppers and replace them with the clear covers or not, and to find out if you need to modify your printer in any way or not. Get any of this wrong and you'll have a mess on your hands -literally.

The sales page for this product said modification of my printer would be necessary. Once I watched the video I found out that was NOT the case. And I also found out (after the fact) that I needed to remove the black rubber stoppers. Problem is, once you do an initial printer setup the wells fill with ink. Removing the stoppers at this point will cause a mess. Yes, it happened to me. Big puddle all over my desk. About the diameter of a basketball. This stuff flows fast and thick!

At least this is water soluble ink. It washes off of everything non-porous with just water. Unfortunately not the same with skin. The stuff absorbs and bleeds through skin just like it does paper. So wear gloves and/or watch the videos to avoid making an unnecessary mess. And to avoid ending up with discolored fingers lasting several days.

So, no matter which printer you have find and watch the dang videos first. Don't assume. The setup is not the same for each printer manufacturer. Learn from my mistake.

Other than the poor/lack of printed documentation this is a perfect product. The ciss performance is not diminished by the lack of documentation. Just the amount of ink I have remaining to print with is diminished :p

Arrived quickly and took a few minutes to install. Worked fine and was easy to refill. Had to cut a small hole in the access door for the tubes to connect to the supply. Easy.

It's a perfect way for you to stop worrying about printing or not. If you need it, you print it. Easy to install, easy to use, it worths every penny! I don't know why I hand't bought it many years ago...Seller is perfect, very helpful and very professional. Product is of high quality and reliability.
