Had trouble with the ink flowing out seemed dry wiped with a damp wipe . Haven't tried the color cartridge yet Shipping and re-ceiving was excellent!.

It seems to work well I'm just wondering how long the ink will last. I may be switching to a laser printer it seems to be a better value when it comes to printing costs

This product was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The color ink cartridge installed and works fine however, my black cartridge has only delivered 39 pages of print before it ran out of ink. Far less than the 150+ pages that I was expecting. I am a low volume printer user and hope that my second cartridge provides me with better results.
