BE AWARE ... when buying multi-pack. I got 2 pack and the 1st cartridge worked fine. However when it was time to install the second one it left a vertical line down the center of every document i printed. Of course by that time it was beyond the return date and could not return OR contact the vendor. I might recommend either opening and testing all the cartridges in the multi-pack when they arrive and repackage or JUST BUY 1 AT A TIME. Multi-packs don't always save you money?

This arrived intact, well packaged, on time. The problem I have is that it's a toner cartridge for a laser printer, and though its price is very good compared to the store/locally, it has to be a good product to be a good value.

My printer was on its last legs, but it's a good printer, just getting old, but it was also low on toner. We shook the toner cartridge a few times to get us through the next few days until toner arrived. I had gone to Amazon and found a refurbished one (HP no longer makes the printer) so that I could order a toner cartridge that could be used in the old printer until the new one arrived, And then be switched to the new printer.

This purchase here is the toner cartridge. It arrived July 26 and I opened it immediately and put it in the printer. Guess what? the print quality (it's still Printing just not scanning/copying now) is Worse than the Empty toner cartridge!

So I will wait until my printer arrives, because I have no other printer to Test the cartridge in, to see if it is the Printer but I highly Doubt it. This is because when we would Shake the cartridge, or put in another one that was also almost empty, it would beging to print better again. Now it just prints steadily very poorly.

To add Insult to Injury, the included packing slip says, "Returns are easy!" but the Label/Barcode to Make returns easy, has been Peeled OFF BEFORE I GOT the box. This looks like someone Knew it would be an inferior product and thought I would not bother to return it if it was harder to do. They don't know I will pursue this to the top of Amazon.com.

I will update with another review if it turns out OK with the new printer on its way. But I will probably have to Return this I know sometimes refilled cartridges don't do as many pages as the others, but this is ridiculous that Out of the Box, it is not working....

This cartridge is in fact the one compatible with C7115X, and works just great in my HP 3380. The toner arriged in less time than indicated in the ad, and I appreciated that too!
