The product shipped and arrived quickly. However, the blue ink cartridge was leaky upon arrival while the other two cartridges were fine. I cleaned off the messy residual ink and got my hands inked stained in the process. A couple of hand washes should remove that pesky ink. I then replaced the old cartridges with the refurb ones, printed a test page, and, wouldn't you know, the test page came out just fine. Ink levels look good and now I'm ready to rock and roll. Overall, the product seems to work fine, but I'm disappointed in the packaging.

This company sent me cartridges made with slave labor in China when I ordered the reman cartridges described in this ad. Here is what happened:

VERY disappointed. You advertised this item as rebuilt, but it's not. It's from some company in China. The replacement cartridges are not made in Singapore like the originals, and the entire shape of your cartridges is very different from the originals.

I put in the yellow one and got a message on my printer that said, " Yellow Cartridge Not Recognized", and it made me shut it down, and it won't operate with your yellow cartridge. I put in an empty old cartridge. Then I tried your " cyan", or blue ink cartridge. The printer kept saying, " No blue cartridge. Severe damage to print head may result."

Send me an RMA and give me my money back! Shame on you for selling such a BAD PRODUCT.

So far so goo. When I initially received the 3 cartridges. The Yellow did not work. My printer would not recognize it. I immediatelly called customer service. They walked me through the process, but it still did not work. They said they would send out another for me, I received it and installed, and it's worked good. Colors maybe a bit off from the Lexmark OEM, but for $20.00 you can't beat it. I would buy again.

These cartridges did not work with my Prevail Pro 705 Lexmark printer. I tried both ways that they recommend and the printer did not accept the cartridges. I then finally pried the old RF ID tag from the empty cartridges and put them on these. They were recognized, but after a few days (not printing much color) the printer claimed they are empty and need to be replaced (even though you could see they are full of ink). Lexmark has a time-out on all of their cartridges to make you buy their overpriced ones.
