I recently purchased this cartridge and installed it with no mechanical problem. It works fine but the printer seems to believe this is not the case i keep getting an error message that suggests I may have forgotten to remove the clear film cover on the carttridge. Once i had to restart the printer, but beyond that there have been no inconveniences beyond clearing the error message.
