This worked out of the box. Image quality is very good. The drum though has a slight scratch that does show up on the pages, but for my use, its ok. Can't tell how long it will last yet. only 500 pages so far

It printed blank pages.

+ The return process was smooth and relatively convenient.

Reading reviews, it seemed like the cheapest ones were hit and miss if the reviewer rec'd one and it worked, it was great, but it looks like a lot of folks rec'd ones that didn't work and had to be returned.

Based on this, I didn't order the cheapest replacement cartridge available so I went with this one, but (as noted), when it arrived it didn't work.

Not sure what else to say, as "working" is generally a top requirement of mine.
