I purchased a group of 7 Printronic HP 94 replacement ink cartridges in Feb of 2013 I kept them in a cool dry storage area to use as needed. None of them worked. I have bought dozens of remanufactured cartridges from many different venders and never had this problem. i opened them all trying to get them to work so I am not going to send them back but i will make sure I do not purchase any more printronic products.

So far, out of the 7 cartridges, 2 cartridges are reported by my printer as not being the correct cartridge for my printer and will not work, 1 cartridge had a bad head out of the wrapper and the present cartridge is reporting an error but it is printing. I feel that 4 out of 7 is a lousy buy! Can't wait to see what the last 3 do when I use them.

I placed an order for 14 black cartridges with OC Products of Santa Ana, CA. So far none of them works. My HP, which has not had trouble with other cartridges I have purchased, wont even allow me to align it the error message says to remove and check the cartridge. When I tried to contact the company I was put on hold for quite a while and then told by mechanical message that they would have to get back to me. This does not sound like a very professional or reliable company so far.

Just to add to the above, the company did get in touch with me; so even though I had problems with some of the cartridges, they at least offered to handle the problem.

Usually I buy my ink from this seller and they are pretty good, but the last few purchases have caused my printer to give error messages(Same printer I've always purchased ink for). Once I change ink to manufacturer's ink, error message goes away and I can print again! This is a real inconvenience, esp since i purchased 7 this last time! None of them work!!!! I am sorely disappointed!

They don't seem to last as long as the others, but I do like them. i would probably order them again in the future.
