The ink I ordered had obviously been on the shelf much to long. One of the cartridges was recognized but unusable and the second one was not even recognized as Dell.This cartridge worked perfectly with my printer. I have tried other cartridges, but obviously, a "new" Dell product is the only one that will. Thank you for your prompt mailing.
