I followed the instructions but within days most of the labels fell off. They looked great but didn't last long.

My brother is in a nursing home, & has to have all of his clothes labeled. Permant marker works on most, but can't use black on black clothing; tried gold on black, & it works for a while, but it wears off faster with frequent washings. These labels are very easy to see, & I can put them on almost all of his clothing! I now make them for my mother-in-law to use for HER mother's clothing (also in nursing home). The label takes up so much less space that it doesn't look nearly as tacky as permanent marker.
