This product worked fine for me. The ink is normal black; maybe the previous reviewer changed somehow his/her printer settings to get the gray looking ink. I ordered two more cartridges that were delivered very fast. The first cartridge I ordered lasted for about 5 months, and I have to say we print a lot at our house :-)

I was trying to save money. I think printer cartridges are too expensive. So, I bought the cheap imitation version for my Dell printer. The ink is a mid gray shade of black. Not a typical black print. It works fine, but I will pay full price next time.

This is not the correct cartridge for the Dell 2130cn. The picture that is shown is NOT the same as the one that was received in the mail. I am very disappointed. This was my 3rd attempt to get the correct cartridge......
