I purchased this new Ink cart about a week ago 6/8/13. On arrival it looked a little beat up, and I noticed a sticker draped over the expiration date. On pulling back the sticker I could see that the expiration date was NOV 2011 :(

I normally don't leave a negative review, but to send me an inkjet cartridge that is beyond it's service date is crappy. The cheap price you find is probably due to the cartridge being out of date. I tried loading this cartridge in and use it, but the printer doesn't function properly with an out of date cartridge.

I ordered black ink and received yellow color ink instead. I never bothered returning it because it was too much of a hassle to even react. This is really sloppy customer service.
