I tried using one of those reinked cartridge suppliers, but I had to throw away two of the cartridges because they either leaked or the colors were off. I am very happy with the Hewlett-Packard ink cartidges, the price I paid and the speed of service.

Quick service on this product, also just learned (duh!) that you can get a lot more ink for just a little more money by purchasing high capacity ink cartridges for HP printers. Still expensive, but a few bucks saved. This is without a doubt the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon.com. The first ink cartrige that we tried in our printer lasted only a few days. So, we tried the second one, which didn't work at all. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I was told that occasionally they have problems with a cartidge, but rarely both in one pack. They apologized and promised to ship me replacement ink immediately. However, it is now three weeks later and I have recieved nothing. I would not recommend this product or this company. I don't print that many documents, maybe a page every couple days. I've been using this 56 Black cartridge in an HP7350 printer since May 2011. Today in mid-September, after printing a couple pages of black text just fine, it printed a second page faded, smudgy, and streaky. This was a *sudden* change in print quality, not a gradual one. The printer diagnostic page also came out fuzzy and streaky in the black section, even though the black says 100% full and the color says 30% full. I ran three cleaning cycles and no change occurred to the non-functioning black cartridge. I've printed less than 100 pages since I installed it, but the box claims it provides 520 pages of use. So at the end of the day HP's branded ink has left me with a defective cartridge that gave me a MERE 20% of its promised usage. I have since replaced it with a new HP cartridge and hope this one lasts as promised.Horrible. The ink already costs so much but only gave me a 20% performance. One might as well go third party.
