I am very unhappy. Black worked just fine then when the color cartridge needed to be installed, black could no longer be recognized by the unit. Then inside the packaging box, there is a small instruction sheet stating that if the cartridge cannot be recognized, we are supposed to remove a carbon spot somewhere couldn't tell where whether it was on the cartridge or the printer. Course, I was not removing anything from my printer. Just crazy. So my plan is to go get the Kodak brand so much for saving money to see if a Kodak color cartridge will allow me to continue using the black cartridges in the package. If that doesn't work, I'm contacting Amazon to get a refund.

We were pleasantly pleased and surprised at the product quality and cost, plus, we have found supplier was prompt in delivery and our Kodak C315 printer accepted the cartridges without question. I know as a consumer that you will be pleased.

I used my first of these cartridges yesterday. The first black one I tried had to be thrown away a waste of money. The small pad on the cartridge was up so high that it wouldn't make contact with the paper. The second one I opened was better, but not of the quality I am used to with other brands.

These have worked for me, as good as the original and expensive carts. I highly reccomend them... Save yourself some money and give them a try.
