I bought this cartridge because the title and description said it would work with a DELL All-in-One 962. This is false. It does not work with a DELL All-in-One 962. Refer to the correct part number rather than what it says it's supposedly compatible with.

the price was ok, the ink didnt last as long as brand bought from Staples..but you get what you pay for right?

Ink arrived is a battered package. Ink appears to be old and prints bluish-grey instead of black. I have had better prink quality with cartridges that have been refilled.
