I have tried many replacement inks and there was always a slight disappointment but not with the Sophia Global inks. They are a true replacement. When these are compared to Canon's overpriced inks, I am simply unable to tell the difference in the color, performance or longevity of the printed product so far. I have been using these inks for more than a year on glossy and matte photos with excellent results and I highly recommend them.

I gave them 3 stars because the inks did seem to last a good while, they were inexpensive (have seen less expensive that performed better). I did receive my order very quickly, and for home or personal use these were fine. I had a couple that no matter what I did (pushed hard, started the ink myself by pressing on, etc.) the printer simply would not recognize the cartridge. The chip was still on it but my printer just did not like it!! The other cartridges did okay for the money. I would not recommend them for anything professional (resume's, reports, photo's, etc.) but they are fine for home use or everyday print jobs. Not quite as clear as some inks I have used but, they are definately much better than a lot of compatibles I have tried. A few leaked a little, but nothing major. Not the BEST but NOT Bad if you are looking for inexpensive, volume printing.

These are great cartridges at a great price. Their only drawback is that photos fade a bit more quickly in strong light than with the official Canon inks. But then, I don't print a lot of photos, and I can always reprint them after a few years if necessary.

I Love this ink... This is the only ink I use for my Canon Printers...I would recommend this ink wholeheartedly.
