New labeled model cartridge does not get recognized by the printer. Can't get the thing to work and Epsom is no help at all. Their suggestion was to buy a new printer!!!!!!

Was surprised to receive this product without the original Epson box. The cartridge did appear to be in its original Epson wrapper but was missing the packaging material that would have contained the expiration date.
