The product serves its purpose, albeit the lines are a little streaky though that is probably more the printer's fault than the ink.

I have had problems with the cartridges not lasting very long and the ink drying out if not used regularly.

The shipping on this item is RIDICULOUS. It takes 2+ weeks to get. I would rather pay for shipping and get it sooner.

This provider has given excellent service including standing behind defect units of this proprietary inkjet product. I am stuck with using this same ink and as long as the price is good, I will stay with them. Both versions of the name.
