I have used various LD re-manufactured cartridges for close to 15 years. I have never had a problem with a single one, which is something I can't say for some other brands.

Because of HP's use of proprietary chips in their ink cartridges, you may get cryptic messages on first use that these are not official HP cartridges and might damage your printer . . . blah . blah . blah. You can just say OK to all those messages and these will then work fine. These cartridges are refilled with genuine HP cartridges with the chip reset so your software will be able to read ink levels.

You can feel comfortable using these and save a bunch over OEM cartridges.

I am using LD ink for my printer because if anything goes wrong witht the cartridge (except empty) they replace it at no charge. Great customer service.

I can not get the black cartridge will not "click" into place in the printer. This is the color i need TODAY. Now I can't use my printer until I go to the store to buy a black carteidge.

I was a little nervous about ordering "cheap" ink. I have definitely had mixed results with "generic" ink cartridge replacements. However, this is an excellent product, and worked without a hitch in my HP printer. No problems at all. Would definitely recommend over HP's exorbitantly priced "genuine" ink.
