I don't think this product is a genuine Epson product but is made to be compatible with the Epson printer. I was concerned when I opened the package and found boxes of ink very different from the original packages of Epson ink I took out of my printer. I took the chance to replace my ink cartridges. Again, I was disappointed when I replaced them, carefully following the manufacture's directions. After I had had them correctly installed, I kept getting a message to replace the ink catridges. So I turned the printer off and then back on and that seemed to clear everything. The printer has been working very nicely and the picture looks as clear as the original ink. I have to give a three star rating because I think the "US Patented Epson 125 Ink Cartridge" label is misleading. Again, I believe these are compatible ink products, but not authentic Epson products. Hope this is helpful and will make more comments later if we have trouble with the ink. I liked the price!

Forget everything I had written about this being a good value with one bad cartridge in the bunch. Now, all three color cartridges have failed. Ezink replaced all three and for a few days they all worked fine. Now, I go to print a document and it won't print and shows me the ink levels with the Cyan (first one that failed) not being recognized as a valid cartridge. I'm over this crap. I'll pay the piper and get genuine Epson Dura Brite ink from now on!! It's just not worth the hassle to keep asking the vendor to replace his defective product. With this kind of performance I don't see how they continue to sell this junk!!

My first two cartridges I used work great but then the MAGENTA cartridge got a "cartridge not recognized" error and effectively made my printer useless until I buy more ink. I sent two e-mails to the seller and didn't receive a response until I left a bad rating. We will see if they keep their promise of sending me a new cartridge, free of charge, as long as I send the defective one back to them.

Okay so i purchased these thinking i was saving on ink cause the official ink from epson is on the pricey side. I installed the ink cartridges and they worked fine for about 10 minutes of printing and then all of a sudden i received a prompt saying ink cartridges cant be recognized. I'm like crap piss because i just put them in. So i turned off the printer and turned it back on and it says basically i have 15% left in brand new ink cartridges. Save your money and just get the official ones from epson.
