I wasn't sure if I should stick with my Dell product or take a chance. So I went ahead and jumped into the water and went for these Compatible Inks. The color was alittle off, but to my amazement the owner of this Co. called me & sent out another that day! Great color and know problems with my Dell printer. I've had to work with Dell & never had customer service like this. Told my family and friends even the money they save let alone service.

I was told I'd receive my order between June 28 and July 16 I received the cartridges on 7/3. My printer had actually stopped printing anything. So while I was waiting for the cartridges to arrive, I unplugged everything on the printer. I just installed the cartridges this morning (after I plugged all the cables/plug-ins back in). Worked perfectly I printed a color picture came out beautifully. Then tried a plain black & white document came out perfectly no lines, no defects. NOW, if they will just last, I'll be sooo happy. I cannot afford to buy Dell cartridges and what a great buy these cartridges were. If anything changes, I'll add to my review. By the way, I have a Dell V310 Series All-In-One.

I not dissatisfied but t am unhappy with my purchase.Since I ordered this item plus 4 more, my printer has ceased to operate. Upon receiving the cartridges, I replaced the old ones with these new ones and my printer has not printed since. It says 'you have a printhead problem' I did everything the book suggested.. I called Dell and they suggested I get a new printer. I have no idea if the new cartridges were the problem but I do feel they had a part of the printhead problem. I haven't had any problems with the printed beforehand.

Auto alignment failed on Dell V715w printer. Test page has streaks on blue. Black letters are not crisp. Works OK if just using for home application, but if you plan to send out formal letters or any sort of production, you might want to avoid these. But the price is right if you don't need the higher quality.
