Ink is expensive, and ordering non-OEM replacement cartridges is hit-n-miss. You can end up with some amazing cartridges that print just as well as the OEM, or you can waste your money on junk. In this case I ended up with junk. Today I finally ran my old cartridges dry and opened up these. I installed them properly only to have the printer tell me they are not recognized. I read the instructions, ensuring I have not missed a step, and then read number 7 on the instruction sheet...which I will be uploading a picture of shortly.

"If printer does not recognize the new installed cartridge, reinstall the cartridge or restart your printer until it works."

Yeah, keep on installing that cartridge and restarting your printer until it works. If I had not spent my money on a product I expected to work I would laugh. But I did spend my money, and wasting it on something that doesn't work is infuriating. The insult to the injury is the instructions to just "reinstall until it works". I believe it was Albert Einstein that said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. For a few minutes today I was insane I guess.
