I have had no complaints with the replacement ink at all. Works great in my Dell printer. Have used only the color ink thus far but I am sure the black ink will be just great also. Will be ordering again as soon as I am out.

I ordered a black cartridge and a color cartridge and didn't really think that the ink would look as good as a new Dell cartridge. The price was great so I figured I would try them out anyway. These cartridges worked just as good! I was very surprised because the price is so low. I will be getting my ink cartridges from them from now on!

I ordered this ink cartridge for my Dell A940 printer. The vendor mailed me a Lexmark ink 82 instead, but with a steaker as Dell 7Y743. It fits in the printer just fine, but did not work at all. I then tried it on my friend's LEXMARK Z55 printer which uses Lexmark 82 ink. Although it was the correct ink model, and mounted just fine, again, it did not work at all. When printing a test page, only the corlor part printed (with my existing color cartridge) but the black part had no trace of ink at all. When print normal text file, the printer head did all the movements and made all the printing sounds, only output a perfectly clean page with no trace of ink at all. After spending hours on my and then my friend's printer, I am VERY disappointed. I do not believe this cartridge even deserve one start. It did NOT work, period.

I am very happy with my purchase. First of all, the cartridges arrived at my home very quickly. I think I placed the order on a Saturday and had them in my hand by the following Monday. I have had no issues with the quality of my printouts. The ink seems to be of a good quality and I have no complaints. The only thing that I would tell people is that your computer/printer may not recognize the ink level on these cartridges and therefore, you won't see that the ink level is full. It will still show a low level. But other than that, there is absolutely nothing wrong with these and I will order from them again. You can't beat that price!!
