Very easy to refill my cartridges with the components in this kit. Pictures are as good as original ink. I would deffinately recommend this to anybody. I have only filled my cartridges once but I can tell I will get many more out of this kit. Just be sure to wash everything when your done.

Instruction both written and on youtube are good. Product works as advertised. I had one cartridge that leaked a bit afterwards. I took a bit of ink out of (purged again) and all was well. Fairly easy to use.

I had a couple of questions about the product and I called JetTek. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I actually got them before they opened and they still took my questions. Good job!

Difficult if not impossible to use syringe to get ink out of bottle. If mouth of bottle was wider it would work OK. Solution will probably be to put ink in plastic cup prior to filling syringe, but you always will get a bit of waste this way and another possible way to spill.

Must use tack to poke holes in purging needle. Why doesn't it come with the holes already in it? Not difficult to do just thought it would be nicer if it came pre-poked.

Overall a very good and actually a very easy way to refill my HP 950 and 951 cartridges. I'd recommend this product.
