I purchased the black and color cartridges together. They were very dry and would not print a thing! Very unhappy. Never heard back from the seller!

The ink for Lexmark is excellent but quite expensive and you cannot use any of the generic brands of ink to save money. Fortunately, my Lexmark got a paper jam and there was one tiny piece I could not get out. That tiny piece was wrapped around the roller which does not have a release button and so it caused the ink to smear and I had to throw the Lexmark out since every sheet was smeared somewhere on the page. I bought a Canon since Lexmark is to stop making printers and am much happier.
