I have ordered about 20 LD cartridges over the past three years but I my two most recent orders I have received two defective cartridges. I don't think a 10% failure rate is acceptable. To make matters worse becuase I ordered the cartridges three at a time, I didn't discover the defects until after the return window expired.

In the past year I've ordered over a dozen of these toner cartridges.

I've tried just about every Dell 2335dn 330-2209 compatible toner cartridge on Amazon, and the LD Compatible by 4inkjets is the best I've found.

I had a problem with one cartridge, but it was replaced in a couple days after a quick call to 4inkjets customer service.

I order a lot of toner for several different machines, and I always look for 4inkjets & LD products first.

They sound like a good deal. Out of three one functioned OK but the life was definitely not high yield. The other two were streaky about half way through their shortened life.

I order the toner for our office, and I have ordered this product from 4inkjets on 2 separate occasions. At first I was very cautious and only ordered 1 order of 3-pack generic toners for our Dell 2335dn. We had no problems and the print quality is no different (as far as I can tell) from the name brand cartridges that cost over $100 each (I can't remember the exact cost). By using these generic toners instead, we are saving tons of money. The cost is about $0.01 per page using the generic high-efficiency toners.

I am very satisfied with this product.

I haven't had any problems, so I'm not sure how good/bad 4inkjet's customer service is. I did receive my toners very fast and they have worked perfectly fine.
