I have purchased a number of times refilled/refurbished ink cartridges from Amazon and had no problems with quality compared to the manufacturer's cartridges. This, though, was the first time getting them from this source and the quality of the printing is significantly lower than it was before I replaced the cartridges.

I was satisfied with the order with one exception.

One of the cartridges had exploded in the sealed shipping container and the ink is all out of the cartridge.
