Shipment was good and on time. The three color cartridges were not in original packaging. One of the colors quit working properly after a few pages printed. All three still show as having ink, but they do not print properly.

Work great and cheaper than the office supply store. I do not go for refurbished cartridges because I don't have any luck with them, but these worked fine.

Though they might lead you to believe they are brand new cartridges, they are refills. Kind of reminds me of the old, "Bait and switch" tactics. And when we received them, my computer indicated that they were only partially filled. Ran out of ink almost immediately.
