Product shipped as promised, installation was easy, and the quality of prints is as good as the OEM inks.

This is not for someone that can not put up with the ink containers living outside the printer, it looks a little odd.

I wish they had the CIS for my other HP printer, but, they work great in both my Epsons (NX515, Artisan 835).

I gave the CIS system for the Epson Artisan 700 to a family member (the 6-color model). They have been extremely pleased with it. I decided to finally purchase one for my Epson Workforce 600. Overall, it works great. I'm satisfied with its function.

I do wish that it had more capacity in the black in reservoir. Some of the competing models do. As far as installation, the double-sided sticky tape on the ribbon holders was a bit fussy. It was extremely difficult to remove the protective plastic off of the tape without ripping some of the double-sided sticky tape off of the clip. And yet, the adhesive can be a bit weak. I ended up super-gluing the ribbon guide that attaches to the traveling print head.

Still, despite these complaints, I'm really satisfied. This thing is saving me money.

Works great for my Epson WorkForce 610, no problem with resets when it says it needs new cartridge, just hit reset button on unit and keep going, this thing will save a fortune if you print frequently(or have kids like me). Print quality is good and photos look fine. Wish I had bought one of these right after I bought the printer!

now this is one great buy very easy to set up ,my cartridge cover did break in the removal but no big deal

It broke trying to install it in printer. It has some tricky plastic parts. We never bothered to return it.
