Review of UNIVERSAL REFILL SYSTEM (WIN 98SEME2000XPVISTA)
This is definitely the way to go versus buying a new cartridge however it took two of us to be able to refill an HP cartridge. We couldn't get enough "suction" to empty the air out of the cartridge without one of us holding the cartridge and the other one holding the syringe/suction cup. Works like a champ once we got all the air out of the cartridge.
