This item has exceeded my expectations. First the cartridges were shipped immediately and came to my house sooner than expected. I have always been a little hesitant to use remanufactured cartridges but they have worked great in my printer. The only difference is the cost. They saved me a great deal of money. I would definitely purchase them again and I recommend them to anyone who likes to save money.

The first time I used the cartridges it was fine. The second time I used it the printer wasn't recognizing. the color cartridge. After reinstalling it several times I wound up having to take it out and buy other cartridges.

When I need to replace a cartridge based upon poor quality output, I swap out for one of these and continue. The only problem is the many warnings that I am out of ink when, in fact, I'm not out of ink.

My printer didn't like these cartridges, so I had to send them back. There was no hassle and got my refund in a timely manner. Obviously, some printers accept them or they wouldn't be in business. My printer is a Canon MX 452.

the black ink does not work for my printer. it is a risk. i suggest not to purchase remanufactured ink Cartridge
