Well, I just got another lesson... these carts are not full, they are marked "setup" which are the trial type carts that come with your printer when you buy it. Heaven forbid that we get any ink without paying through the nose for it! And, it's not in foil packaging! It's in a plastic bag! What a Rip!

I'm not a happy camper on this one!!!!!

This company says new BUT neglects to tell you the cartridges are setup cartridges. Definite false claims. Stay away. Staples would be a much better choice since Amazon does not appear to offer alternatives.

These cartridges were a waste of money. They are used and the yellow cartridge looks like it was refilled with blue ink. Horrible print quality. Better off going to Staples if you want to be sure of quality.

I ordered these cartridges and they do not work! Mine were not marked "set-up" but when inserted into my new printer, the printer flashed up a message "cartridges for older version of printer". They look identical to my set-up cartridges, have the same product number, and fit into ink slots, but do NOT work. I also noticed even though they cartridges were shrink wrapped with the "HP" logo, the cartridge itself does not say HP (like the original ones). They were not in an HP box but shrink wrapped to cardboard. Stay away!

Just installed the black cartridge, but it does not work. The cartridge feels full and the ink is wet on the dispenser area, but no ink goes into the printer when printing. Very frustrating. Staples here I come! Mine do not state set up and I am outside the return period of 30 days as I just ran out of ink. Hoping Amazon will allow me to return the defective product.
