I recently purchased this ink for my Canon Pixma MP520 after sifting through mounds of overpriced products. Because everything sold by E-Z Ink is so cheap, I assumed that the ink would be of low quality. Boy was I wrong! First, let me tell you about my experience with E-Z Ink's great customer service team. Upon receiving my package (which came in about 3 days), I immediately opened up one of the cartridges to install it. When I did, the ink leaked all over my hands. Annoyed, I tried it again with the same result. Now I was upset. I re-read the instructions on the box and tried it one more time. Still no luck. At this point, I decided to send an e-mail to the seller describing my experience. They responded in about 36 hours with this message:
Hi,
Thank you for your purchase and we regret the inconvenience you've experienced with the leaking cartridges. We pack our products tightly to avoid this issue but sometimes due to carrier mishandling or other factors, products can still get damaged during the shipping process. If possible, please send pictures of the leaking cartridges for record purposes to: (e-mail). Additionally, please confirm your mailing address so that we can send you replacement ink tanks.
They were going to replace the ink, no questions asked. I later found the ACTUAL directions for the product, still in the package. Apparently, some leakage is normal upon opening and you are supposed to let it sit on some newspaper until it dries. After doing this, I installed the cartridge with no problems and tested the new ink. The black color was sharp and deep and the printer had no problem recognizing the non-OEM ink. Not only does it work, but the customer service provided is top notch. I would highly recommend this particular ink and E-Z Ink as a whole to anyone looking for a cheap solution to replacement printer ink.

Just received my order. It was shipped right away, and I received it 2 days after my order. The black ink did leak when I removed the orange tab, but not bad. The cartridges slipped right in and work great. The ink quality appears good. For the price, this was an excellent purchase.

Wow. I was really dreading replacing my cyan cartridge and kept putting it off. I thought I'd be paying a ton of money for a replacement cartridge. I hunted around Amazon and found these. The low price looked too good to be true, but the nice thing about Amazon is they are good about returns if there's a problem. So I took a leap of faith, and I'm glad I did. These work fine, just like the original ones that came with my printer. They are so inexpensive I got this set and now I don't have to worry about running out of ink for a long time. I can use my printer without worrying about the expense, which is the way it should be. If you need a new ink cartridge, definitely give these a try.
