After the order I had some time and got worried about some poor quality reviews I had read. Then the cartridges arrived and the black one was cracked. It was hard to see looking at it and it leaked on the family member. I asked the family member to contact the company as they are a bit far from me. Now I was sure I had a hassle coming up. After a few days I gave a 1 feedback.

Turns out in the meantime, unbeknownst to me, the company had been taking very good care of my family member. The company contacted me about the review and explained what they had done. When I contacted my family member they were very pleased.

The bottom line is that if you order this from VivaMart, you will have no worries. No one wants problems with on line orders, but they happen. You want to buy from a company who knows how to fix things fast and correctly and in a friendly manner.

I've installed the black cartridge and have printed about 100 pages with it. So far, it works flawlessly.

Product came in a timely manner, installed quickly, and print looks just fine. I have never had a problem with refurbished cartridges and these look to be just fine.

The black cartridge stopped working the printer stopped recognizing it. I have used it less than 10 times but the "return window" has passed and I cannot return it.

AWFUL! I will not buy these again.
