I purchased two ink cartridges from this buyer, they were not compatible with my printer. I returned the cartridges, and as of today have not been credited my account. I am very upset...... Someone advise me how to further proceed to get my money back.... They have my product and my money!!!!!

This ink works just fine for us. We don't print anything special or high quality. I do get the error from Dell saying it is out of ink, but I just hit ignore and it prints just fine. Way better than buying over priced ink from dell directly.

Normally the low capicity cartridges for the dell 968 cost $28/piece through Dell--and the printer takes 3 differnet types of cartridges. These refurb cartridges are 1/4 of the cost.

They so far have worked good-not great, due to the fact that you have to continuously click on a box to ignore the fact that the Dell printer thinks the cartridge is empty-the printer has a hard time recognizing this aftermarket cartridge. The one click though is nothing in comparison to the monetary savings--will be purchasing this item again and again from this vendor. I am a believer in Beta Ink!

I was paying twice as much for dell cartridges!!!Great price!!The only problem was my printer didn't reset the ink levels.I will definetly buy again!!

Both Black and Color Cartridges have been great replacement cartridges and I would purchase them again when more are needed.
