After a few prints the print cartridge failed and my printer would not work. The page I was printing was nothing but a black smudge. I emailed the company and explained that I had tried all the cartridges and none would work. After numerous emails back and forth, he said they would refund, but accused me of requesting a refund for all when I stated one cartridge. My initial complaint through Amazon and then numerous emails to the company always explained that I had tried all the cartridges and none worked. Apparently he didn't even read my email completely. He finally sent me an email and said they would refund, and sent labels, but the postage label WAS NOT prepaid and I would have to pay postage back to them. After another email, he said they would refund me $2.18 back for postage. Apparently they do not read their own return policy, which states "within 30 days a full refund (money back) will be granted without any questions for us for any reason. It also states that seller will provide a prepaid return postage for any defective merchandise. RUN NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their are plenty of companies that stand by their product and are pleasant to deal with. I actually would not give them one star, but that is the only option I had so I could write this review.There is no difference between the original and the eco one. I would definitely recommended it. The price quality ratio is optimal.
