The product arrived promptly, but unfortunately the cartridges not only worked for a short period of time but also damaged 2 brand new printers that I purchased. Even after attempting the clean the heads the printers no longer work. While Amazon promptly refunded the monies on the cartridges, I am out 2 printers that Brother will not warrant now.

Since I first replaced the OEM black with this ink, I've had the printer either reporting low ink, when the ink is full, or printing anyway, and the black is barely visible. I wind up having to run the cleaning cycle before it will print normally. I've had to do this at least a dozen times in the last two months.

Also, one of the magenta ink cartridges leaked all over the inside of the sealed package, so it's useless.

Try other suppliers.
