I ordered these for my work printer from OCinkjet via Amazon on 11-12-09, it arrived 11-16-09, from California. I found this four pack to be the same price as an OEM two pack if I went to a brick and mortar store. I put one cartridge in right away after they arrived, the printer saw it as a new full cartridge, and now I can print black again. These were shipped individually sealed in a bubble mailer. The protective plastic covering the ink head and contacts was a little hard to get off, but looked to be more protection than how OEM cartridges are packaged. When I run out of color cartridges I'm planning on switching to OCinkjet for them as well.

EDIT: **Update** I just used up the last of the 4 pack of these earlier this month. I think using 4 cartridges over a year of moderate printing is a pretty good deal, and will be picking up another set. (printer is a HP Deskjet 3915)

The service was great. Shipped quickly, but the cartridges are terrible. I usually have to print something 3 or 4 times before I can actually read it. I wish I would have just purchased the "real" thing instead of these.

I've had problems with these working in my printed. I keep getting an error message./ My printer won't print using these. My printed says " cartridge in in the wrong way" tried removing and replacing to no avail. They were very timely in shipping my order. I received it in less than a week.

The product worked just fine. No problems installing it and the price is right. Buying 4 at the same time really helped save money. As for how long it lasts, I guess I'll find out. Overall, great product and I'm happy with it
