This product produces many many pages per cartridge compared with my other canon printers. The cost per page is very low, probably less than 2 cents per page low which is excellent for a non laser printer. the print quality is excellent and I have had no clogs. sharp deep black. A downside is that once it reaches a certain level of ink the printer will quit printing. period. you are done until you buy another. and the cartridge still contains some ink which is annoying. you don't get to use everything you paid for and you have no choice! also I have not figured out where i'm supposed to return the product to recycle it, it's not obvious how you are supposed to participate in their recycle programI think you are supposed to get a small refund for the return of the cartridge, but the details of how to do this are not obvious from the package so I may wind up throwing it out and loosing any refund. Over all though one of the better buys around. one star off for the unfair printer shut off until you buy an new cartridge trick, and for the unclear cartridge return policy.

Lexmark ink is not cheap, but this is the best price I've found. The good news is that the ink cartridges on my Lexmark PowerEdge Pro are ridiculously easy to swap out and my printer prints a lot of pages with each cartridge. also, Lexmark has a recycling program and will send a postage paid envelope to allow the old cartridge to be returned.
