This was a complete waste of money. The product's packaging warned that the printer might give a "low ink" warning, but the cartridge was filled to capacity. However, after loading the cartridge, my printer (Lexmark 5150) actually said "black cartridge missing." I purchased two cartridges. The first I was only able to print about 20 pages (text only), in increasingly faded ink before it was too light to be legible. The second cartridge printed completely blank pages.

My rating is based on the fact that I have been using a Jetprinter Z55 printer for 2 years long. During this time I have used a variety of after market ink cartridges as well as self fill cartridges for printing photos or documents. None of these provided the print quality as this cartridge form Eforcity. As such, I would like to only buy ink cartridge form Eforcity.

This review is for the cartridge used in an older Lexmark Z55 printer, which works great. The cartridge was

very cheap and easy to order but the print quality is much poorer than the standard HP (much more expensive)

cartridge, with many minute skips in the ink laydown. Changing the text print quality does not have any

discernable impact. This would be ok if it was for draft quality prints, it is certainly going to be a

challenge to use for writing / graphics that require consistent ink laydown.

I ONLY USE B&W PRINTING, SO I CANNOT COMMENT ON ANY COLOR INK.

SO FAR, THIS IS PERFORMING AS ADVERTISED. NO COMPLAINTS.

I WOULD MENTION THAT WHEN YOU INSERT IT INTO YOUR PRINTER, THE PRINTER

WILL TELL YOU THAT THE CARTRIDGE IS EMPTY, AS IT DOESNT RECOGNIZE THIS ONE.

HOWEVER, IGNORE IT AND CONTINUE TO PRINT.

IF IT CONTINUES TO WORK AS I EXPECT, I WOULD HIGLY RECOMMEND IT AND YOU ARE GETTING

A GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.

Purchased this product with some skepticism have tried others and have been disappointed. Wow! What a surprise! The quality of print from this cartridge is as good or better than the hugely expensive ones from Lexmark. I have an X6170 all-in-one and was considering replacing it, but now that I have found Eforcity remanufactured cartridges I am happy, happy, happy. Thank you!
