I don't know if these are refirbished or refills, but they are terrible. Print outs are fuzzy and look horrible. I am not a hater. I am the type to post positive comments only usually but these have struck a nerve. Ink Jet cartridges how does someone screw these up? A waste of my time and money.

The black cartridges do not fit correctly. The color work, but just work. Wish I would have bought actual Kodak brand.

I'm still messing with them, but even though they fit into my printer, it does not recognize them. The instructions include troubleshooting tips for this problem, so far, none of them have helped.

I'm very pleased with this ink, its performance & the cost was reasonable too. One of the reasons I use & search Amazon is I can find what I need & have it delivered rapidly, such as the case of running out of printer Ink something I use every day.
