Bought a bunch of ink jet cartridges from this company. When I got them, I couldn't use the first one. Contacted Amazon, which contacted the company I purchased the cartridges from. Within hours I received an email from the company telling me how to fix the cartridge. Wonderful help!! And, it turns out, the first one was the only one with a problem.
