I had three big problems with these:

1) The printer still shows the cartridge as empty even though I just replaced it and followed their directions to clean the print head.

2) I followed the instructions exactly but these are not like the Canon cartridges. They will leak all over because there is a small square hole in the top.

3) What was sent does not match what is described in the text and shown in the picture. They describe both black cartridges: the BCI-3eBK and BCI-6BK. What I got was two BCI-3eBK cartridges!

Next time I'll stick with genuine Canon cartridges.

This little package came in the mail via USPS very quickly. It came about 3-5 days earlier that predicted. Inside the cardboard box are 4 skinny cartridges on the bottom, and one big one on the top. They are very cheap ( 8.78 plus tax and free shipping ) and worked just as any other ink would. When you open up the small boxes it comes with an airtight sealed plastic covering. On the bottom of the cartridge ( where the ink comes out ) there's a little orange clip thing to keep it from leaking and drying up. The airtight plastic also comes with pre-cut slits so you don't have to get a knife. Just take out your old cartridge, open the new one up, take the orange cap off, and it snaps nicely into place. The only problem with this is after I finished installing the ink, I had SOME small blots on ink on my finger. I'm not sure if this is from my old cartridge though. Overall this is a kick ass product and a great bang for buck! I would recommend this to others!

If you're looking for a way to "stick it to the man", or just a way to save some money over your "real" ink purchases, for less then the cost of ONE of the ink cartridges, you can outfit your printer with a whole new set.

The ink inside the cartridge was not filled up enough, only about 1/4 of ink filled up in the cartridge. that is all just typing cause i have to reach 20 words. Only good thing is the price in these trying times, if canon would lower there prices so consumers in this economy could still afford their ink then i would by from them but at this price i cant complain

These Canon compatible cartridges work just fine in my Canon MP780 machine. The colors seem as good as Canon's and they don't leak or anything like that. The only complaint I have about them is that the ink kind of stinks when a printed page first comes off the printer. I really have no way to measure if they last as long as the Canon cartridges or not.
