cannot tell a difference from the brand name. arrived on time as promised. fit into the machine as a brand one would. a little harder to pull the plastic cover off.

The colors smear. I should have returned the product but I kept thinking with more copies it would get better but it has not. I recommend just paying the extra money and buying the manufacturers product. It works. I've had this printer for going on 6 years and have never had a problem until this cartridge.
